Meet Shannon
Shannon Grainger is the co-founder of the Women’s Influence Network (WIN) and BigImpactHQ. Long before she was coaching 7 Figure Speakers, she was one, filling rooms and closing deals from the stage.
Behind the scenes, she was feeling overwhelmed by a business and team that relied on her for everything. This led to burnout.
Out of necessity, Shannon created a business model with more freedom and found joy in her work again. That is exactly why she’s working with experienced Women Speakers today.

Mark Grainger leads the leadership and inner game work inside BigImpactHQ, helping members grow their capacity and presence so they’re ready for the stages they’re stepping into.
For more than 25 years, Mark has been an authority on conscious leadership, transformational influence, and the inner-game of business success. He is a dynamic Speaker who has spoken alongside Jack Canfield, Robert & Kim Kiyosaki, Les Brown, and more. He served as a Consultant for Marianne Williamson’s U.S. Presidential Campaign.
As a former Senior Branding Strategist for Clear Channel, Mark wrote over 1,100 radio ads and helped small business owners become profitable.
He’s helped 100’s of brands like Porsche, Harley-Davidson, AFLAC, and Marriott live from their higher purpose and create conscious cultures with their team.
