Meet Mark & Shannon
As the Co-Founders of BigImpactHQ™, Mark & Shannon elevate Women Experts, Speakers & Experts with their Million Dollar Message Frameworks.
They’ve worked with some of the world’s biggest brands including AFLAC, Marriott International, Porsche, Harley Davidson, Clear Channel Communications, Anheuser-Busch, Arbonne, doTerra and Mary Kay.
In 2014, Mark and Shannon launched Big Impact, Inc – a training & consulting company that has served over 3000 women leaders in the art and science of feminine influence and persuasion.
These women have used their newly honed skills of leadership, presentation, and influence to shape the future having generated over $100 Million dollars in revenue in their own businesses.
Many have continued going on to speak on some of the world’s most coveted stages, including TEDx, Tony Robbins, Good Morning America, and The View.

Shannon Grainger
In 2009, “Prosperity Summit” Seminars marked the beginning of Shannon’s journey to empower 900 women financially. As an event promoter, Shannon has created and produced over 1100 live events, workshops and retreats.
She has worked with over 200 industry leading speakers including Tony Robbins, Mark Victor Hanson (Chicken Soup for the Soul), Fredric Lehrman (Prosperity Consciousness), and Loral Langemeier (The Millionaire Maker).
For more than 12 years, Shannon has studied with women’s empowerment luminaries like Alison Armstrong, Mama Gena and Brene Brown. She’s continued to deepen her research of Feminine Leadership and Women’s Studies, helping women to increase their productivity and be more effective leaders, without leading like men.
As a “Systems Queen”, Shannon has supported over 600 women leaders to organize the backend of the lives and businesses so they can own their authentic voice and speak on stages all across the world.
In 2014, Shannon launched Big Impact, Inc with her husband Mark, a seminar and training company that has trained over 3000 women leaders in the art and science of presentation mastery.

Mark A. Grainger
A prolific, entertaining and professional speaker, Mark has shared the stage with such luminaries as Jack Canfield, Robert Kiyosaki (“Rich Dad, Poor Dad”), Kim Kiyosaki, Marianne Williamson, Les Brown, Loral Langemeier & Gabrielle Bernstein.
As a provocative storyteller, Mark holds audiences large and small spellbound with exciting tales about perseverance and personal triumph. As a Conscious Communication Expert and 30 year student of “A Course In Miracles”, audiences lean-in and take note of his insights into personal growth and transformation.
Mark’s keynote presentations are content rich, truly inspiring and always well received. Women LOVE learning his “Million Dollar Mindset” Frameworks.
As a previous Senior Branding Strategist for Clear Channel Mark has written and produced over 1100 radio ads and 100s of radio campaigns – using his command of language and messaging to grow businesses by an average of 244%. His study and research lead to a 25 year specialization in linguistics, rhetoric and the structure of story.
Mark delights in working with BADASS Women experts who LOVE the power of words and language. His “genius zone” is helping them master the nuances of storytelling and influence so they can create more wealth & impact in the world.
In addition, he helped reduce partner violence through crisis intervention, community education and the promotion of healthy relationships. His time at Catalyst was an imprint experience where he directly witnessed how brilliant and amazing women give away their power through addiction, get stuck in people pleasing and avoid setting boundaries.
In 2002, Mark’s company, Grainger Leadership Institute, LLC was launched as an incubation for women entrepreneurs to experience the benefits of “Conscious Capitalism” years before the phrase was coined. As the founder of the “Innovative Leadership Network”, Mark applied his research in advanced communication and influence to support women leaders in personal branding and business culture design.
He believes that millions of women, who are experts in their field, are craving a skill-set that allows them to distinguish themselves as leaders and would love to DISRUPT THEIR INDUSTRY.
